"Good Quality, But Still Waiting on an Apology"
I ordered a few shirts and caps, and the print came out clean and the embroidery looks really neat. The colors were close to what I sent over too, so I’m happy with how the items turned out overall. That said, there was a bit of a hiccup with the order, and I do think an apology would’ve been the right thing to do. Still, the products themselves were good, and I’d probably order again.

I did like how many custom options they offered. Choosing the size, colors, and little details was straightforward, and my design came out close to what I had in mind. That said, there were a couple of things that felt a bit off, and I expected at least a quick apology or acknowledgment from them.

The minimum order was a little higher than I would’ve liked, so I do wish there was a bit more flexibility there. That said, everything else was smooth, so it wasn’t a huge deal...

I ended up ordering from tapstitch because they had way more color options than a lot of the other places I looked at. The shade I picked was close to what I saw online, it looks really nice in person.
I’m only giving 4 stars because a few of the colors on the site were kind of hard to tell apart, so I had to Guess a bit. Still happy with what I got overall, though.

"Mostly Right, Just One Annoying Mix-Up"
So I got my order from tapstitch.com, it was mostly fine. Like, the size was right, the design looked good, shipping wasn’t bad… and then I noticed one item was the wrong color. Of course I’m thinking, okay, not the end of the world, but also I picked that color for a reason. It’s not a terrible experience or anything, just a little annoying when you’re expecting it to be exactly what you ordered. I might give them another shot, but next time I’ll probably be extra careful and double check everything before placing the order.

"Fit felt off for me"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up feeling tight and a little short. Not sure if it’s just this item or maybe a sizing issue, but it definitely didn’t fit the way I expected. Kind of frustrating.

"Probably just caught it at the wrong time"
I was hoping there’d be a bit more to choose from, but the selection felt limited when I looked. A few designs were nice, but a lot of them seemed kind of similar, and I couldn’t really find the style I had in mind. Maybe I just checked at a bad time or they were between new arrivals, but it didn’t have enough variety for me.

"My order itself was okay, no…"
My order itself was okay, no big issue there, but customer service wasn’t really great. I had a question and it took few days to hear back. When they finally replied, answer felt like it was just copy pasted from some template. I had to message again before I got actual update. Not the worst experience ever, but it made whole process more frustrating than it needed to be

I was surprised by how quickly they got my order made. Everything was handled smoothly, it shipped out without any back and forth, and the whole process felt reliable from start to finish. Really happy with the experience...

"Bulk order was kind of a Mess"
I placed a bigger order for our team and it wasn’t the smoothest Experience. A few sizes were missing, and the update emails were kind of confusing, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a while and I had to follow up Twice. The quality was fine overall, but the whole bulk order process felt a bit unorganized.

I felt a bit pressured when I bought this, and now I wish I’d taken more time to look it over. The fabric feels cheap, and the stitching started coming loose way sooner than I expected. Not the quality I was hoping for.

I reordered one of my old designs and it was quick, which definitely saved me some time. The site still feels a little clunky here and there, but overall it worked fine and I didnt have any major issues

I sent over my logo and got a clean stitch file back really fast. It sewed out great and the logo came out really nice. i kind of regret not getting it done sooner...

"A bunch of what I wanted wasn’t available"
I was trying to order a few patches and some thread colors from tapstitch, i was a little disappointed because so many of the things I liked were out of stock.
What bugged me most was that some items still showed up in search, but once I clicked into the page, they’d suddenly say unavailable. I’m probably more impatient about that than some people, but I hate having to keep backing out and picking replacements.
The site itself seemed fine enough, but from my point of view, the inventory really needs to be more accurate. I ended up barely buying anything, and while I might check again later, it wasn’t the best first experience for me.

"Kind of frustrating to use"
I don’t know if it was just me, but I had a hard time finding what I was looking for and the pages seemed to load slowly. Checkout was also a bit confusing, and I felt like I had to click around way more than I should have. Maybe I missed something, but the whole process wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

"The artwork proof came out okay in the..."
The artwork proof came out okay in the end, but the whole proofing part took longer than I expected. I had to follow up twice about the changes, which was a bit frustrating. Maybe I’m just impatient, but when I’m trying to get stuff ordered and also remembering if I left laundry in the washer, I really appreciate a smoother back-and-forth. The final proof did look fine, so no major complaints there, it just wasn’t the easiest process.

"Tapstitch is fine for what it is…"
tapstitch is fine for what it is, I guess. Some of the stuff feels like a good deal, but then you start adding things to your cart and suddenly it’s like, wait, how did we get here? I wouldn’t say I felt ripped off or anything dramatic like that, but I also wasn’t sitting there amazed by the value. It’s okay. I’d maybe order again if there was a decent sale or a discount code, but at full price? Ehh, I’d probably think twice...

"Pretty good brands to choose from"
I was surprised by the brand selection on tapstitch.com. There were around a few more options than I expected, and I found a couple of names I usually keep an eye out for. Not everything was available in my size, but overall it was still a good experience. I’d probably check back again.
"Tracking had me worried for a bit"
The order turned out fine in the end, but the tracking info was unclear. For a few days there were barely any updates, and I started wondering if I’d been fooled or if my package was even moving. I kept having to check it myself, which was frustrating. The product arrived okay, but I really wish the shipping status was more detailed and easier to follow.
